James and I just wanted to thank you and your team for catering at our party at Bombay Sapphire on Saturday night. So many of our guests commented how great the food and your staff were, the tuna appetiser and sausage and mash mini bowls were definite hits. To have a NY food writer (one of our guests) tell us that the NY cheesecake was incredible probably sums it up 🙂 Thank you also for braving the cold and serving us out in the glasshouses!
